Communication
If you send an e-mail or use the contact forms on Nedaps’ websites or send a message to Nedap, it might be that these messages are stored as an e-mail in our systems.  Sometimes we ask you to provide your personal details depending of the relevant circumstances.  This allows us  to process your queries and try to answer your questions. The  data are stored on our own secure servers or those of a third party. If you send technical support questions your message can be processed in our service-ticket system.

The websites use cookies

Prior to accepting your request, Nedap is entitled to ask you to visit the company to assure your identity by showing your valid passport.

No Fees
Unless your request is excessive, not substantiated or unreasonable, you will not be charged for exercising  your rights.  If you wish to file a complaint with the relevant authority, you will bear your own (legal) costs.

Response time
After receipt of your legitimate request Nedap will respond within a reasonable time period (1 month). Depending of the complexity of your request or if you raise multiple requests simultaneously, it might be that our response time will be prolonged. In such instance Nedap will inform you regularly on the progress made.

Gaining access to or using this site means that the user understands and agrees to the conditions and will be bound thereto.
