Since the introduction of the PowerRouter, www.mypowerrouter.com has provided users with the ability to monitor the performance and activity of their system online. Through this portal, users could access system status, energy data, and other performance information, as well as use online functionalities such as monitoring and remote software updates.
After the discontinuation of the PowerRouter product line in 2016, Nedap continued to make this online service available for an extended period, allowing existing users to retain access to their data and online functionalities.
With the final phase-out of this legacy service, Nedap will discontinue the
MyPowerRouter.com environment as of December 31, 2026.
From that date onward, it will no longer be possible to log in, access system or energy data, perform software updates, or use any other online functionalities via MyPowerRouter.com.
The service will not be replaced.
We advise users who are still using the portal to timely consider alternative solutions for monitoring and data access and to securely store any required data before this date.
